Can I change the password to my account?
No, once a password has been set it cannot be changed

I was interrupted taking the CSA, how do I resume? 
Log into your account, select “Take CSA” tab. Click “Resume CSA”.


I would like to buy another consultation, how do I do that?
Go to the “Consultation” tab in your account. Next to “Don’t have a session code? Purchase consultation session”, click “Buy Now”


I would like to take another CSA, how do I do that?
CSA’s are not for individual purchase.
